For over 25 years, I’ve served in the role of President and President/CEO of multiple companies, many of which I founded—Hatch Outdoors (premium fly-fishing reels), Finatic (performance fishing tackle), and my latest endeavor, Ventu. Ventu was born from a singular goal: to provide coaching, consulting, and advisory services to high-achieving, performance-driven individuals and businesses. I set out to work with the world’s best and brightest across diverse industries—a challenge I embraced only because I knew I could offer something truly unique.

The vision for Ventu crystallized over a lunch with my financial advisor and a fly-fishing trip with a fellow entrepreneur. I'd fused my two passions—business and fly fishing—into a one-of-a-kind firm. Ventu delivers personalized coaching and consulting infused with fly-fishing adventures, offering practical, real-world insights that clients can immediately apply. With decades of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, I’m confident in delivering results that stick.

Having worked and talked with hundreds of successful people from all walks of life, I’ve learned there’s no universal formula for success. Everyone’s path is distinct, shaped by unique traits and circumstances. The real question is: What does success mean to you, and how will you achieve it?
